What we need is Christmas,
Throughout the entire year,
A helping hand and care,
That leaves us feeling dear.
A selfless aspect showing,
How good we all could be,
A brighter world to share,
Is what I choose to see.
The festive spirit flowing,
Through towns and hearts today,
Would be a loving promise,
Drive hate and fear away.
An observation of human nature.
