It is very brave that you have declared,
An openness to your truth, because it is time.
No-one would purposefully lay bare their secrets,
If they'd be chastised, criticized or left desolate.
But I admire the strength, which this action displays,
And I love you all the more for doing it.
I'm aware it is not easy, to be so frankly open,
So I am glad, hearing what you shared with me.
Even though I don't share, all the ways that you feel,
Doesn't mean I forget, just what virtues you have.
In fact I am sure, you have brightened my world,
By being just who you are, and letting me be,
Just me.....
