Love in Balance
Upon our earthly home,
No love equals a grave.
If we love we can dance,
Without it we are statues.
Love is talking, love is listening.
And when the wind blows,
Love is brought right to us.
I see my eyes glowing,
And know that love is light.
For it is clearly obvious,
Not a sad man goes without.
We are all being touched,
By this secret benevolent friend.
Do you not see the seasons,
Bringing new life, new hope?
Then it is the gift bestowed,
That we will be loved.
So when my lover smiles truth,
Shall I not know true love?
