Imagine for a moment, quiet, silence beyond calm.
Stillness, ethereal tranquillity, and absence of movement.
Even softly spoken Angels cannot break my spell,
The morning rays of sun, stroking my heart alive.
How I came to be, here in this vastness,
Is still a mystery that I contemplate daily.
I spy below, a world still sleeping in misery,
Because, in my observation, they cannot learn to forgive.
And at once comes heat, and a blinding bright light,
The ash cloud begins rising, plumes of radiation poison.
And for a few terrible minutes, the Earth is silent.
As it is up here now, before the screaming winds.
I forgive them, for they know not, what they have done!
