Is key to being well understood.
How will he or she know,

But more important is action,
For this speaks in volumes.
When our voice is quietened,
From doubt or trepid fears.
It can make all the difference,
To hear those three words.
When comfort will be given,
Saving our feeling s more hurt.
Incredible really, we could forget,
The pleasure and the power.
These words can still muster,
They are such a simple gift.
