Tell me little Robin
Oh pretty bird of gayfulness,
Please tell me all, oh yes confess.
You came along just as I slept,
To fill my heart with love you kept.
So silent as you settle down,
Around me light flows all around.
A message comes with inner voice,
I know you say, it is my choice.
But why today, a westward breeze?
To scatter boughs and unsettle leaves.
Is it for change, a hope has come,
To purge my fight, my battle won?
Your smile has lifted tired eyes,
I raise my dreams before the skies.
To see the way from whence you came,
That I will love, the very same.
