I came to thinking I’d see wonders,
And here I gaze behind cold steel.
The bars are guarding now,
All the precious garden walks.
What an oddity to lock us out,
When her glory is clearly to share.
I have no idea what logic,
Has left us in the street.
A paradise within the towers,
Of civilisations governmental quarters.
But held for only birds and bees,
To walk upon her lawns.
The parque municipal has been,
Absconded from our right to be,
At one with natures awesome love,
We will have to wait ‘til Wednesday.
