Sweep it Away

Sweep it Away

This filthy mess,

A horrible, decrepit slovenly disgrace.

Lonely people dying,

Frail people crying.

Happy, sad, lost, found,

All of us are dying.

From birth it goes,

Just a matter of time.

Waiting, hoping, praying¸ slaying,

Craving better getting worse.

And for what ?

Give me a huge brush,

A world size broom.

And let me sweep it away.

Out with the old,

Discard what serves us not,

And clean out the trash,

Make room for something new…..
